BALAAM PROMOTER TO START UP HIS OWN TV STATION
Balaam Barugahara a well known business man and Bivulu promoter is more than set to permanently settle into Ugandan media business after sources revealing that he has imported the state of the art television equipment as he looks to join the competitive television market in uganda.
After his tour in Europe (Italy and Netherlands), where Balaam met different business partners and experts who will help him set up his television station. The Sabavulu has also bought different equipments worth over shs1.5 billion for the T.V that is said to be opening up late this year,most probably in september or even earlier.
"He is targeting upcoming general elections money as the cornerstone for a successful station," according to his close friends.
